License required for Email integration?

If we set up email integration, will the one sending the email require a license? My understanding is the sender will NOT need a license, and only those in the call tree will actually NEED the license. Please confirm. Thanks

Hey Borja, you shouldn't need to increase your license.

You should only need licenses for users that need to action items in Ops Genie. 

There are two different user structures in Ops Genie - Responders (limited by license numbers) and Stakeholders (as many as required).

In your case, I believe you can have users send emails to your Ops Genie integration without even being a Stakeholder, but even if not, you should be fine to add them as Stakeholders without increasing your license.
