Hi, in the Freshdesk Opsgenie integration documentation (https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/integrate-opsgenie-with-freshdesk/), there is an example that triggers an action "if a note is added to an alert". However, there is no such condition available in the actual integration configuration. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is it possible to make integrations trigger when a note is added to an alert? (It would be also awesome if we could set up a statuspage integration similarly...)
