×Hi there,
Thanks for writing into Community, I'm Talar from the Atlassian Opsgenie support team, happy to help!
Alerts in Opsgenie are deduplicated based on the Alias value.
If you would like every payload to create an individual alert, and you don't require your external app to be able to ack/close the alert, you can update the integrations and remove whatever value is currently saved in the Alias field (simply leave it blank). This way, Opsgenie will assign each payload its own unique alias ID, and they will no longer deduplicate.
Alternatively, if you do require the external app to be able to ack/close the alert after it is created, you'll instead need to create an alias that will be unique between different payloads, but match for all payloads related to the one alert, so that subsequent ack/close payloads match the alert correctly.
Please read through this Community Post which explains this in much more detail: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Opsgenie-articles/Configuring-the-Opsgenie-Alias-Field/ba-p/2520231
Kind regards,
Talar
