I was using Ops Genie in mobile to view the alerts. From yesterday onwards I am getting the below error and am not sure what's the reason behind it.

Your device needs a hardware-backed keystore.

The app was working fine earlier. I tried to reinstall the app yet no luck.

From the app listing looks like the last update was on: Feb 25, 2025

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ifountain.opsgenie&hl=en&pli=1

Nothing on statuspage: https://opsgenie.status.atlassian.com/

So maybe something in your configuration changed.

Worth checking other options, since it's an end of sales for OpsGenie (soon): https://www.atlassian.com/blog/announcements/evolution-of-it-operations

I did a google search:

Block compromised (jailbroken or rooted) devices

The mobile app runs a series of checks to verify the integrity of the device. If it is compromised, users are prevented from accessing your organization's data within the app.

Android devices require Hardware-backed Keystore to access the content.

Atlassian reviews and updates the checks regularly to address new device exploits.
