There is a bug with the scrollbar that it doesn't let you scroll down fully when there is a banner shown on the top of the page (as you can see in picture 1).
I suspect that this is related to the banner as if I remove the html element of the banner a fully scrolled down scrollbar shows the last alert fully instead of a cut-off version (see picture 2).

@Nayan Pandey i got the reply I honestly expected, as this is no security issue it was rejected at the BugCrowd link you provided. So no the bug bounty program is not the right place for this issue.
