I just got a new iphone 16 pro and i am unable to access the system through the app. It asks for my email address, then i authenticate through the microsoft authenticator, then it asks me to sign on using active directory credentials. Once i sign on I just get a white page with my email address on it and a spinning blue circle.
Work fine on my old phone with no issues.

Have you selected the correct data center region when trying to login?
the issue was my safari was opening in Private mode and wouldnt let the Microsoft authenticator fully function.
