I have to open the opsgenie app on my iphone 12 and manually refersh the app in order to receive alerts from our opsgenie server.
I have reinstalled teh app on my phone, checked nottification settings, Focus mode, and power mode on my phone following some recommedations I got from Google. But no luck.
Does anyone have the same issue as mine?

We’ve identified that your reported issues were a result of our recently resolved incident “Delays observed at JSM, Opsgenie and Compass alert search functionality in US Region”, which was identified to affect customers whose Opsgenie data residency is US-based.
