Hi @Piyush Kashyap

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

If Opsgenie is integrated with Azure AD, and you're noticing that the full name is being split (e.g., only the first name appears), this is most likely due to how the user profile attributes are being mapped during the SCIM provisioning process.

By default, Azure AD maps user attributes like this:

  • givenName → First Name
  • surname → Last Name
  • displayName → Full Name

Opsgenie might be pulling only givenName instead of displayName when creating users — especially if SCIM is enabled via Atlassian Access and not directly managed within Opsgenie.

I recommend updating Attribute Mapping in Azure AD:

  • Go to Azure AD Admin Center
  • Navigate to Enterprise Applications > Opsgenie (or Atlassian SCIM app)
  • Go to Provisioning > Mappings
  • Edit the attribute mappings
