Voice call not actually receiving.

I'm using a +886 (Taiwan) number in Taiwan region. And I can't receive any voice call even opsgine suggest the voice call already sent and received.
I try with multiple devices and numbers from different Taiwan provider but all result the same.
Is Taiwan number even supported? if not, shouldn't it be mark as unsent-able instead of received? And if yes, what might be wrong?

My major device: iphone12 pro (all call filter are disabled, and I can received frogen calls )

Chris here from the Opsgenie support team. Voice calls to Taiwan should be supported as outlined in https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/supported-countries-for-sending-sms-and-voice-calls/
