don't need the confirm for pickup

Hi everyone,

is there any possibility to remove this function?

Our user don't like that they must confirm the pickup.

When a user picks up the call, Opsgenie prompts them with a message to confirm the pickup. This is done in order to prevent voice-machines from picking up incoming calls. After the user presses a number, Opsgenie connects the call and also acknowledges the alert on behalf of the user that answers the call.

Currently, it is not possible to disable this function, as it is designed to prevent voice-machines from inadvertently acknowledging alerts. However, we understand that this may not be ideal for all users, and I want to assure you that we are actively looking into this matter.
