is there a way to know everage time to ack in opsgenie

Yes, you can use the Analytics report in Opsgenie called "Alert MTTA/R Reports" wherein you can check the Mean Time to Acknowledge/Resolved for all alerts on an individual alert or on a Team basis.

Please navigate to Analytics > Alert MTTA/R Reports > Alert MTTA/R Analytics or Team MTTA/R Analytics to check these.

Please refer to this help document on how these reports work in Opsgenie.
