How to use crowd and identity manager together

We are planning to host Confluence on our server and Jira, Bitbucket and Service desk on the cloud.

We are expecting a local user to authenticate with Confluence through Crowd and authenticate to Jira and Service Desk through Identity Manager. Would this be an issue with accessing confluence documents via ServiceDesk and Jira?
