I am fairly new to Trello and love it already. I am building a Real Estate Transaction management set of boards. It is going well except for "Contacts". In a real estate transaction there are a lot of people that are involved in the process and they are not "team members" and have no reason to be involved with my Boards.
When I started I was really surprised that there were no "Contact" methods obviously available. I looked at the Custom Fields Power-Ups, how ever, they are not Card independent so the fields I want for one card are different than for another card. For Example; A Title company I need a "Closer" and "Processor" name / number / email fields. But on the "Inspector" card I only need "Contact" fields. Ideal solution would be a "form" method where I can design and use that design form like a template form I could easily add to a specific card. Each form could have different forms with different fields.
Am I missing an obvious solution? Or, how do you handle contacts for a card?
take a look at Contalist Power Up.

I'm using the ContaList powerup, you can link your external Contacts database ( Google, Outlook, etc), with your Trello Card in two ways.
