I’ve been using Trello since 2017 to store over 25 years of information. I’ve always had the free account because I didn’t need all the advanced features and didn’t collaborate with teams. I typically log in every few months or so, but this year, when I tried to log in, I was greeted as a new user. All my boards are gone.
I never received an email that my information was being deleted. Trello won't help since I'm not a paid member. Had I known that over 25 years’ worth of data could vanish, I would have gladly upgraded. Can anyone please give me any insights on what happened or how I might recover my boards?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
Hi @platt Trello does not delete data without your consent. Is it possible you used a different email address or typed it wrong when attempting to log in today? Do you know how long it's been since you last logged in?
Hi, I have the same problem, had two accounts. Can get into the one with no boards/info - the other one I can't access and that is where everything has been placed on different boards.
