Gliffy Confluence without internet

I am trying to activate my Gliffy Confluence plugin inside JIRA. The computer I am trying it on CANNOT have access to internet. Is there a way to activate this or am I just stuck?

Gliffy is not working

when I go to an issue, and try to load gliffy, the web site start loading the page, but it never complete.
