How DEISER lifted its business to new heights with Atlassian

My name is Vannya Vallejo, the Channel Communication Specialist at Atlassian and I want to help Atlassian users like you learn about our Solution Partners and how they can help you leverage Atlassian tools.

Before we go any further let me answer the question that might have popped into some of your minds, what is a Solution Partner? This month I am focusing on DEISER a Platinum Solution Partner based in Madrid Spain.

DEISER was founded in 1998 by five individuals who wanted to make a living delivering outstanding IT services. They provide 360° solutions for high-performance teams powered by Atlassian: apps for Jira, implementation consultancy with an eye on quick results, and licensing management for all your Atlassian products.

In 2007 they discovered Atlassian but it wasn’t until 2011 that they became a Platinum Solution Partner. The partnership unleashed innovations in several business lines that transformed DEISER radically as Atlassian-based company.

What makes DEISER unique?

DEISER helps organizations of all sizes adopt the Atlassian stack for many different purposes, such as Agile, ITSM, DevOps, ALM, or Business Process Management. At DEISER, it’s not about what they do, but how they do it: the service team practices a model of agile consultancy with quick delivery iterations that get customers running in a matter of weeks, if not days.

All of their consultants are technical folks meaning their primary duty is to get the tools to work as they’re supposed to and to train users to master them. Because their projects are based on short iterations and incremental value, they often establish alliances with large consultancy companies that design processes and methodologies which are later formalized in the tools. When they intervene, it’s for a short period of time and to generate significant leaps in how teams work.
