Hi Monika,   we really need the Marketplace App 'Actions for Jira Service Management' to be available on Cloud.  Is it on Deviniti's roadmap?      That is a GREAT app for providing ability to Edit JSM tickets through the customer portal! Not having this on Cloud is a roadblock for some of our clients moving from Server to Cloud.  Thank you!
