I want suggestions for Dynamic forms plugin

Hello Everyone!!

We are planning to migrate from JSM DC to Cloud and currently using the Dynamic Forms provided by EXTENSION FOR JIRA SERVICE DESK plugin similar plugin we used in Cloud but it's not working as expected.

We tried inbuilt JSM Forms but it is also show dynamic forms at the bottom.
 

In DC, we can use dynamic form anywhere on the SD create screen but In Cloud, It always shows dynamic form at the bottom.

Is there any other plugin available in which we can place dynamic form anywhere on the Service Desk create screen?

Hi Manoj,

As far as I know it is not possible for any plugin on cloud to put form anywhere else then on a bottom of a request form, it's technical limitation on Atlassian side.

As a workaround, we created the forms and added all the fields then removed all fields from request type including attachment.
