unable to add Assist to Slack

When i tried to add Atlassian assist to slack, its redirecting me to https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/help-desk-software-small-business-software

even im logged in to jira, not sure what to do?

Are you trying to add the Assist using the /add in a slack channel? Or trying to add it via service project?

Please provide more info on how you are trying to add it. It would help us understand what might be happening.

im trying to add via integration Tab in a channel

thing was i had deactivated it
now im unable to add it back

Oh, I see!

I suggest trying to remove the bot from the channel with /remove @Halp , for example, and add it again with the /add command.

its not allowing , if i use remove command its coming as bellow.
If i try to add from marketplace, its redirecting to https://www.atlassian.com/
