Atlassian Account

ON the Atlassian account page all of the "Who can see this fields"  are set to anyone and all of them are grayed out.  You can click on them to change them.  So how do you change them?...

The only way it would let me transfer my organization into another was to disconnect G-Suite and the domains. Once everything transferred, I tried re-connecting G-Suite, and now I get this error.
