My Name is Wael Okasha , Head of Customers Support and Operations in Infosysta, Implemented couple of jira Service Desk/Confluence Projects in the middle east , had an extensive experience in Relational Databases specially Oracle. I'm glad that I started my path to go from Traditional approach to Agility approach in handling SDLC and Project Management and happy to be part of the Atlassian Answers Community.
