I am trying to set a simple rule:
If I have "myString" in a comment
then assign this ticket from "GorgeousAssignee" to "AwesomeAssignee"
Send an E-Mail to "AwesomeAssignee" and put the reporter in CC
Add a comment in the ticket, tag "CoolBoss" and inform them that "AwesomeAssignee" has been notified via E-Mail
When I run the rule, the ticket gets assigned to "AwesomeAssignee"
BUT
The E-Mail gets sent to "GorgeousAssignee" (former assignee)
In the comment also the name of the "GorgeousAssignee" is mentioned and not the new assignee.
Any ideas how to solve this?
