Hi Team,
I have created a rule where I need to update jira custom field value which picks the content from comment added.
{{Servicedesk.substringBeforeLast("]")}} this is the smart value I am using to update it.
My requirement is to update the value when email is send to Jira. I could see currently the above smart value works fine when manually added the comment to jira request, the same I need to update via email send to jira and added comment to ticket.
Since the email send will contain other details as well, I just need to pick a particular value from it and update in a custom field.
