Email sending not working

I have this automation, audit logs says NO ACTIONS PERFORMED. I am trying to receive an email 14 days prior to due date, when I validate a query I see there is one Issue but I am not receiving an email. Help is highly appreciated.

I would start by unchecking the "Only include issues changed since the last time..." below the query and go from there.
