Migration from self-hosted server to Cloud

Dear Team Atlassian,

We are currently using self-hosted services of Atlassian which include Jira software, Jira Service desk, Confluence, and Bitbucket. We wish to know if it is possible to migrate to Cloud services. We have few concerns before we migrate.

1. Possibility to migrate the existing data from our self-hosted server to Cloud.

2. Currently, Email notifications for service desk do not work, WIll this issue be resolved if hosted in Cloud.

3. User Managment: If we restore the data, what about the existing users who were using it.

4. SLA for setting it up and for data restoring?

5. How do we get daily back-ups from the Cloud?
