Hi there! I want to share a new use case with y'all!

Managing test planning in an industrial laboratory can be a complex task, especially when dealing with numerous assets and strict compliance requirements. At Deiser, we collaborated with a client to streamline this process using Jira Service Management and its Assets feature.

🧪 The Challenge

The client faced difficulties in:

• Tracking and scheduling various tests across multiple laboratory instruments.

• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and maintaining accurate records.

• Reducing manual errors and improving overall efficiency.

🛠️ The Solution

By leveraging Jira Service Management and Assets, we implemented a system that:

• Centralized asset management: All laboratory equipment and related information were cataloged within Jira Assets.

• Automated test scheduling: Workflows were created to automate the scheduling and tracking of tests, reducing manual intervention.

• Enhanced traceability: Every test and its associated data were linked to specific assets, ensuring easy access and audit readiness.

The laboratory experienced:
