Every Jira Service Management Project comes with an embeddable widget that is like a mini-portal and can be embedded any web page that you control. Customers can send requests from anywhere; no login required. Widgets offer flexible customization, you can tailor a widget’s appearance and available fields, and check a preview before you add it to a web page.
Jira Service Management makes placing a widget on a web page simple and straightforward with just a copy and paste of the widget embed code. Furthermore, when a widget is embedded on a web page any changes to the widget will be automatically reflected on the page it's embedded on.
Widgets can also be added to multiple web pages. However, it is important to note that each project comes with one embeddable widget.
