Now you can seamlessly sync Jira Service Management service projects with Microsoft Teams to:
Share issue context by syncing critical incident information.
Use Microsoft chat and meeting features, while adding collaborators directly from Teams to address issues quickly.
Take critical actions directly within Microsoft Teams, such as assigning priorities and adding internal comments
Jira Service Management’s new incident management integration for Microsoft Teams will be available for paid and free cloud plans in the coming months, with general availability.
