We have a use case where we need to integrate 8X8 Contact Center with our Jira Service Management instance. We have explored the marketplace and do have a plugin but it does not enable the integration between the products.
Kindly share if someone has achieved the integration between 8X8 Contact Center with Jira Service Management and the process for the same.
