Is it possible to automatically add a specific custom field to all request types (Issue View)? I've already added the custom field "Asset" to screens, but unfortunately, it did not show on the ticket.

The issue screen only defines what is possible to see on the inside of jira.
You would have to add it to each request form, you want the field to appear.
You can do that on your first screen shot in the Request form tab.
