I'm trying to create an automation that sends an easily accessible link to an attachment (in this case a form) to request participants. I originally wanted to just send the form as an email attachment via automation but I don't think that's possible at this time.
The next thing I looked at was adding a URL to the email so the recipient can access the attachment when signing in but the URL that is provided is direct via the api so it will error out instead of presenting the sign in screen, so this option was ruled out.
Right now it looks like the best option is to add the desired recipient as a request participant and then have the desired attachment shared in an external comment, but I haven't found a way to do this in automation.
Is anyone aware of a variation of the attachment smart value that can provide the "friendly" URL or any other way to use automation to share an attachment to a comment?
