Anonymous Portal for Jira Service Desk

Hi ,

I will migrate from Server to Datacenter and I used "Anonymous Portal for Jira Service Desk" on my portal .

Existing only in server version, I would like to find a way to reproduce its operation in data center version: allow a user to enter a request anonymously (complaints...)

Do you have a workaround or an addon on DataCenter Version ?

As it exists for Server it will most likely also work for Datacenter.

I think you'd best reach out to the vendor to have them validate the app for DC as well. At worst they'll be able to provide you with feedback on what their timeline is to validate the app for DC as well.
