When we have a P1 issue, the teams will link issues to this parent request. They are asking if it's possible to then cancel the SLA on those linked records and only use the P1 issue.
Has anyone ever done something like this?
Any suggestions would be welcome.

I think editing the field values with automation and get it from the triggered issue or the parent issue should do that trick.
