Hi guys! Just wondering if anyone here has taken the ITSM with Jira Service Management Foundations exam. How was it? Any tips or key areas to focus on? I haven't taken the ACA-910: Atlassian Certified in ITSM with Jira Service Management Foundations certification exam yet - it's next on my to-do list!
