Asset Import Fails

Hi - noob to Jira. I have setup an Asset Import from Entra using the connector and following the instructions really carefully (I believe!). When I get to pressing the 'Import Data' button, I get a dialog that says The Import of [importName] has failed to start. Even if I clear out and create a new import, I get the same. What did I do?

Have you gone over all the steps in the documentation, https://support.atlassian.com/assets/docs/integrate-microsoft-entra-id-and-assets/ 

Did you configured all the steps on the Azure side as well?

Unfortunately, once it has happened you will have to wait. Usually about 12 hours. Has it ever ran Successful? I get the error message every now and then. It works well when does mine takes about 2.5 hrs to run.

Thanks Timothy. It has spent about 5 days now at 'Fetching data from external source' and we don't have that many assets!
