Assistance needed in below requirement

We have a field called "UTM generation" which is select list dropdown field.
Our requirement is whenever user select a value for UTM generation then automatically the values for below 4 fields should auto populate based on the preset values.

For example, If value 'A' is selected for 'UTM generation' then automatically values 'Aa','Ab','Ac','Ad' should auto-populate for below 4 fields. And if 'B' is selected for 'UTM generation' the automatically values 'Ba','Bb','Bc','Bd' should auto-populate for below 4 fields.

Can you share the rule that you have so far (a screenshot please)? And what is not working with it.

There is no any rule created. I need help in how we can achieve this in JSM?
