Atlassian Account asking for 2FA when I never enabled it

I just created a new account 2 days ago, and signed out accidentally. After attempting to get back in, it's now asking for a 2FA code. Only one problem - I intentionally never secured the account with 2FA. 

After doing the recovery options, it sends me an email where I can reset my password, which I do, then it asks me again for my 2FA. 

I can't log a ticket because I can't log in, and after creating a new account it has become clear that there isn't actually a way to log a ticket.

Further, this isn't even the correct place for this post, but that's only because there's no correct place for this post. 

What do I do?

Welcome to the community.  You need to reach out to your site admins for assistance on this problem.  Your site may be configured by your site admins to utilize 2FA for all users, and maybe they didn't realize the impact of the change.
