Atlassian Intelligence in Virtual Service Chat to be configured with Training Phrases

Hello to our very supportive community!

I would like your support in the feature I raised about having Atlassian Intelligence in Virtual Service Chat to have the ability to be configured and add Training Phrases.

I understand we have the intents for that. But if you have a library of confluence pages that is large, there are topics or discussions that can bleed into each other because of a generic AI. For example, "Purchase Order" and "Purchase Order Authorization" are of similar words but not similar topics. And it gets mixed up when using AI (not intent). I would help out end users using AI for VSA to configure your AI to be more specific in searching. And not just with intents. And this configuration will be viewable internally, not to the public (meaning not to add it in the article pages itself but more of an internal use.)
