We have some request types in our portal with Dynamic Forms from Deviniti. When the attachments field is set as required with conditions/validations set, customers are unable to drag and drop files when they raise tickets. Without any of those settings, the drag and drop functionality works as normal.
Please advise if there is a way around this. I have tried to submit several tickets to Deviniti support but I have not received any response at all
