Attachments in Jira servicedesk tickets

Hi guys,

 

It seems that the attachments that are added to a public comment are not sent, only links that can be reached via the portal. This does not work when we contact TS (Company Help desk)  as they never go to the portal. Is there a way to include the actual file into the email?

not OOTB, reference this request - JSDCLOUD-3371 and vote/watch if desired. You will need to look at an addon like JEMH
