Hi, For the tickets which were in resolved state but not closed for the past 10 days, we need to send notification to reporter to close the ticket for every 24 hours. If the reporter not closed the ticket after 10 days, it should auto closed.
Some please let me know the automation rule to meet the requirement.

Your trigger is wrong. That will only trigger once when the issue is transitioned. You want a scheduled trigger to run once a day.
