I'm experimenting with using epics with custom fields as organization profiles in lieu of a dedicated CRM.
Ultimately, I'd like for internal users (agents) to be able to make edits to the epic that would expose customers in that epic's organization to different support portals/knowledge bases (ie, check x box to expose customer/organization to x portal/kb).
I'm thinking about something like this:
1. If a product is selected on the epic, check to see if the epic's organization exists on the product's service management project/knowledge base.
2. If that organization is not part of that project, add it.
3. When the box is unchecked, remove if from that project.
Is there an automation rule/strategy that could accomplish this, with or without a plugin?
