Automating Sections of a Form

Hi, we’re re looking to use  Jira service management to automation some IT request, when creating a form is it possible to automate certain  sections of the form. 

Lets say the form ask for input on 3 departments is there a way to send just the departments required section of the form?  

Curious if this is in the automation section or workflow section if possible at all.

Not sure I understand the need; can you clarify in more detail the need? Perhaps provide a step-by-step guide of what you need the form to do?
