On the portal screen a user is selecting an asset field, this field has an assignment group attribute attached to it. What I am trying to do with automation is after ticket creation have our custom field "Assignment Group" (which is also an asset custom field) populate with the Assignment Group that is related to the asset selected on the portal create screen.
Break down:
1. Ticket created on portal - Asset Custom Field "Configuration" is used to select an item.
2. After creation - Asset Custom Field "Configuration" Item should copy the assignment group associated with it to a different Asset Custom Field "Assignment Group".
