Automation - add comment rule in portal

Hi, I want to add comment as an automation rule, the problem is that when it responses, the comment appears like the reporter answered and I wanted it to be  as an anonymous comment from the system.

For example if I create the ticket, and follow the conditions to trigger that comment, the response comment "You submission has been declined", appears like I was the one the comment it and it should be something like "automatic response".

Hi, @Leo 

As I know, out-of-box in JSD Automation  you can`t change comment author,

Try Automation for Jira - Cloud Lite

or Automation for Jira if Lite version can`t do it in Cloud.
