Automation to populate field based off a list of values

Good morning community,

I am hoping someone can help and also hoping this isn't something that requires a 3rd party app.

We have a list of values (DNS Host Names) and we would like to set a data Risk Classification Field (dropdown) on a subtask based on the list of values.

Basically, if the DNS Host Name on the subtask is on our list, we would like to set a particular level.

For example:

List of Data risk Level 2 Hosts:

Host1
Host2
Host3
Host4
Host5

On Subtask 1 the DNS host name field is "Host2" so we want to set data classification level field to "Level 2".

Does anyone have an idea if this is possible in stock JSM? Please let me know if I can provide more information!
