Our organization currently has no active billing admin.
I am an Org Admin (email: REDACTED), and need access to the Billing section to manage our subscription.
Please assign me billing admin rights or let me know how to proceed.

In addition to what @Yogesh Mude said, we are a community of users of our own Atlassian Cloud products. We don't have access to your environment.

First of all if you are a org admin then you should be able to access the billing page within the organization, still, if you are not able to access it then its best to check with your team who has set up this organization using which primary account OR you need to reach out to Atlassain team for this.
