Can JSM customers watch Confluence pages?

I have a JSM project with an associated Confluence space as a knowledge base. I will be creating a set of report pages that I would like my customers to be able to watch so they get notifications of updates. Is that possible for customers (i.e., people who don't have an explicit Confluence license).

Hi @Kathy Barton 

I don't believe this is possible right now. 

I envisage the reason is that whilst the Knowledge Base page is visible to customers and/or anonymous access - there's no actual relationship between a Customer record in JSM and Confluence.

That means from Confluence's perspective - there is no user/email to relate the watch to.
