I cannot view any ticket details in Jira. I can see the jira board though. Anyone else having the same issue?

There was an active incident (resolved now) on on the Atlassian Cloud env which impacted a set of cloud product for multiple customers. I will review/check the following page when you never encounter another similar issue in the future -
