I know that we can enable CSAT feedback after a ticket has been resolved, but I think it would be really useful to have a pop-up prompting users to provide feedback on how good a form is in the portal as they are submitting a request.
We are just moving to Jira Service Management and getting quick feedback like this on forms will help us improve our ITSM flow and efficiency.
Is there a native way to achieve this? I already see similar feedback pop-up throughout Atlassian sites in the bottom right and I know the Widget exists - but I haven't seen how we can use that in our own portal.
